Rates - All rates are in Euro

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, CartaSi are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - 72 hours before date of arrival, otherwise there will be a fee of 1 night stay. Please note: a deposit of one night stay will be charged 3 days prior arrival on your credit card. You will pay the rest of your stay directly at the hotel. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at 11:00 hours. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Including breakfast, Including service charge, Including taxes.
